Welcome to Trada. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Trada Technologies Ltd. ("Trada", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the Trada platform, including our website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").
Description of Service
The Platform facilitates rental of AI agents, execution of trades based on signals, and portfolio management
User Eligibility
By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements
Account Registration
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account
AI Agent Rental
Rental fees are charged upfront and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
Trading Risks
Past performance does not guarantee future results
User Conduct
You agree not to: (i) use the Platform for any illegal purpose; (ii) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform; (iii) interfere with the proper operation of the Platform; (iv) engage in any activity that could harm the Platform or other users; (v) attempt to manipulate market prices or exploit vulnerabilities.
Financial Terms
Trada reserves the right to modify its fee structure with prior notice
Withdrawals
You must maintain the minimum balance required for withdrawals
Referral Program
Rewards are paid after referred users complete qualifying actions
Intellectual Property
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Platform without our explicit written consent

TRADA DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRADA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Trada and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
Termination
Upon termination, you will forfeit any remaining balance unless otherwise required by law
Governing Law
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in accordance with applicable jurisdiction requirements
Changes to Terms
We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and updating the "Last Updated" date
